About the Event
THIS IS THE DONATE ONLY OPTION FOR THE SOUTH BAY SWIM FOR MENTAL HEALTH.
All proceeds go toward supporting mental health services for youth in the South Bay through the South Bay Youth Project, part of the South Bay Children's Health Center.

This is a 100% volunteer run event and is for the community by the community. Too many of our family members, friends, relatives, and residents are affected by mental health issues. We are aiming to raise awareness of the issue and encourage healthy activities such as ocean swimming. As many of us know, the ocean heals. And as a community we can come together to make all of us stronger.
